Tuesday Evening Breathwork
Drop ins welcome. Beginners welcome. Open to one and all (booking essential).
Sessions run for 2.5 hours, which includes time for intention setting, a 60 minute breathe followed by a debrief of each person’s session.
7pm start and all via Zoom.
Once you have experienced a breathe, it makes complete sense why we need this much time. 60 minutes of breathing the conscious connected breath style down regulates your nervous system, which over the four weeks, creates a tangible accumulation effect allowing you to feel different and integrate the change permanently. The time and space to speak out your process supports everyone’s process.
Joining this group means you’re investing in yourself and choosing to feel renewed.
